Suneera is the founding member and managing partner of Nomos Associates. Her focus areas are Business Strategy, Corporate Advisory, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Media & Entertainment Laws. Besides running her own practice, Suneera holds the post of Secretary for the Entertainment, Media and Information Lawyers' Association and is on the Legal Committee and Media & Entertainment Committee of the Indo Canadian Business Chamber. She is also a core team member of the US Indo Investor Forum.

She has secured a Bachelor in Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune, a Post Graduate diploma in Media & Entertainment Laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad, a diploma in Securities & Investment Laws from ASCL, Pune, as well as a diploma in International Business Laws & Corporate Governance in India from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate diploma in Entrepreneurship & Business Administration Laws from NUJS, Kolkata.

She has trained with specialised organisations such as Malvika Rajkotia's Family Law practice, Late Advocate S. Venkiteswaran's Maritime practice, AZB & Partners and J. Sagar & Associates, Mumbai's corporate teams as well as assisted in drafting an Act & its Rules for the Government of Goa in 2009. Following that she joined Oasis Counsel & Advisory, a corporate initiative led by Sr. Adv. Haresh Jagtiani in collaboration with D.M. Harish & Co. and was a key personnel of their senior management team till she co-founded Nomos in 2011.

Suneera is a firm advocate of the protection of creative and entrepreneurial ventures and has a strong track-record of working with established international corporations as well as seedling entities needing nurturing and intensive start-up guidance. Jamshed did his Bachelor in Commerce and subsequently a Bachelor in Law. He has also done a Diploma in Labour Laws and appears in the Supreme Court and in various High Courts all over India. He is also an Associate member of the Canadian Bar Association.

His clients have included the Reserve Bank of India and the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking. He has had vast experience in dealing with the media and entertainment industry and has been a consultant to corporate agencies & individual celebrities.

He also works actively for social causes like the rights of disabled persons, beach safety, the Goa Action Plan, the setting up of distinct hawking and non-hawking zones in Mumbai, Spastics Society of India, etc. and is currently involved in re-working laws related to surrogacy.

Jamshed is a member of the Legal Committee of the Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry, JN Petit Library and the sub-committee of the Planning Commission which is reviewing the legislation for disabled persons in India. He is on the board of the Indo Canadian Business Chamber, President of the Entertainment Media & Entertainment Lawyers' Association, and member of the US Indo Investor Forum as well as the British Business Group. He is on the advisory board of SAFF Canada (South Asian Film festival) held in Vancouver, Canada and Legal Advisor to several International Fashion Weeks held in various cities within India. He was the legal consultant in Canada to the Times of India Film Awards that took place in Vancouver in April 2013. He is also a member of the World Zoroastrian Chambers of Commerce.

He was also invited to assist in setting up the first institutional International Arbitration Centre in India and is regularly involved in high profile Public Interest Litigations. He is an imminent member of the Indian Judiciary and the Rotary and appears as Amicus for the court on multiple occasions.

Mr. Virendra Chaurasia has done his Bachelor in Commerce, ACA, MFM, JAIIB

He has amassed experience for a decade as a Financial Manager and a Chief Accountant and further has practicing since 2011 as a Chartered Accountant. He is proficient in advising on intellectual property, identifying the correct entity structure and thereafter leading and executing the company formation processes.

Virendra is well versed in registering and complying with all licenses, approvals and registrations required by different entities, including individuals.

Dipesh did his Bachelor in Law from K.C. Law College, Mumbai. Prior to that he had completed a Bachelor in Commerce from BJCC, Mumbai. Further to that he has secured diplomas in Export-Import laws from IITC and in Cyber Law from ASCL, Pune.

He assisted and trained with N N Vaishnawa & Co, Akshar Laws and LJ Law Solicitors and Advocates.

He started his independent practice in 2008 and has worked with solicitor firms, senior counsels and advocates including Senior Counsel J.P. Cama, Jamshed Mistry, Sanjay Jain, Raju More, S. Naidu, Nihar Garg, V.V. Khemka, Podar & Co Advocates, Thakkar & Co.

His experience covers drafting contempt petitions, writ petition, suits, summary suits, conveyancing agreements, development contracts, sale agreement, MOUs, partnership deeds and legal research.

He is presently focused on appearing in suits, summary suits, writ petitions, company petitions & criminal writ petitions in High Court, appeals from order, other appeals and property disputes for developers and/or contractors and companies in Consumer Court, High Court and City Civil Court and Metropolitan Magistrate Court.

Dipesh has extensively handled Public Interest Litigations including on issues related to Railway Medical, Mumbai Sky Walk, Metro Rail Project, Andheri Gaothan Area, Swine Flu, Sports, Air Traffic Management, Members of Parliament Salary Hike, Rule 49O under Election Commission, Illegal Hoardings, matters related to Disability.

Vivek finished his Bachelor in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai in the year 2000.

He worked with the famed Mulla and Mulla Advocates & Solicitors for two years before he started his independent professional practice in October 2001.

He has co-authored books on the Law of Summary Suits and the Law related to Dishonour of Cheques.

His areas of practice include both litigation as well as corporate advisory on matters relating to Property Law, the Stock Exchange Board of India, Companies Act, Customs, Excise, Income Tax, Public Interest Litigation, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Labour Law etc.

Vivek has recently been elected on the Tax Committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce.

Dhrupad secured his Bachelor in Law from Symbiosis International University.

He has appeared and/or assisted in matters at the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Courts (DRAT, DRT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) and Subordinate and Local Courts. 

His areas of practice are predominantly Civil Law – Original and Appellate side litigation, Writ Petitions, Family matters which includes the drafting, filing and conducting various suits arising out of contractual disputes, writ petitions against governmental and allied agencies and bodies, statutory appeals before the Delhi High Court arising out of lower court proceedings, original applications (OAs) and SARFAESI appeals (SAs) in Recovery of Debt matters and their associated appeals before the Debt Recovery Appellate Authority and the High Court,  Company Petitions before the Company Law board and the Delhi High Court, and conducting original civil proceedings before the various trial Courts of Delhi, etc. In addition to the above, I also draft commercial contracts and other allied documents like Shareholders Agreements, Collaborations Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Design Service Agreements.

Dhrupad's specialization is Company Law and Debt Recovery Law (RDDBFI Act and SARFAESI Act).
