Suneera is the founding member and managing partner of Nomos Associates. Her focus areas are Business Strategy, Corporate Advisory, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Media & Entertainment Laws. Besides running her own practice, Suneera holds the post of Secretary for the Entertainment, Media and Information Lawyers' Association and is on the Legal Committee and Media & Entertainment Committee of the Indo Canadian Business Chamber. She is also a core team member of the US Indo Investor Forum.
She has secured a Bachelor in Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune, a Post Graduate diploma in Media & Entertainment Laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad, a diploma in Securities & Investment Laws from ASCL, Pune, as well as a diploma in International Business Laws & Corporate Governance in India from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate diploma in Entrepreneurship & Business Administration Laws from NUJS, Kolkata.
She has trained with specialised organisations such as Malvika Rajkotia's Family Law practice, Late Advocate S. Venkiteswaran's Maritime practice, AZB & Partners and J. Sagar & Associates, Mumbai's corporate teams as well as assisted in drafting an Act & its Rules for the Government of Goa in 2009. Following that she joined Oasis Counsel & Advisory, a corporate initiative led by Sr. Adv. Haresh Jagtiani in collaboration with D.M. Harish & Co. and was a key personnel of their senior management team till she co-founded Nomos in 2011.

Jamshed did his Bachelor in Commerce and subsequently a Bachelor in Law. He has also done a Diploma in Labour Laws and appears in the Supreme Court and in various High Courts all over India. He is also an Associate member of the Canadian Bar Association.
His clients have included the Reserve Bank of India and the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking. He has had vast experience in dealing with the media and entertainment industry and has been a consultant to corporate agencies & individual celebrities.
He also works actively for social causes like the rights of disabled persons, beach safety, the Goa Action Plan, the setting up of distinct hawking and non-hawking zones in Mumbai, Spastics Society of India, etc. and is currently involved in re-working laws related to surrogacy.
Jamshed is a member of the Legal Committee of the Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry, JN Petit Library and the sub-committee of the Planning Commission which is reviewing the legislation for disabled persons in India. He is on the board of the Indo Canadian Business Chamber, President of the Entertainment Media & Entertainment Lawyers' Association, and member of the US Indo Investor Forum as well as the British Business Group. He is on the advisory board of SAFF Canada (South Asian Film festival) held in Vancouver, Canada and Legal Advisor to several International Fashion Weeks held in various cities within India. He was the legal consultant in Canada to the Times of India Film Awards that took place in Vancouver in April 2013. He is also a member of the World Zoroastrian Chambers of Commerce.
He was also invited to assist in setting up the first institutional International Arbitration Centre in India and is regularly involved in high profile Public Interest Litigations.
